The Studies Specialist will function as a project staff and occasionally project manager for studies projects, working directly with clients in a variety of environments.  The position requires strong writing, analytical, computer and communications skills.  The Studies Specialist is responsible for assisting in the development of logical analytical methodologies for various project types and the creation of well written and easily understandable project reports including supporting graphic and illustrations. BA/BS minimum requirement, with a minimum 10 years experience in parking management preferred. Previous parking consulting experience preferred. MBA degree and/or CAPP certification preferred.

Candidate should possess EIT certification, or have the ability to obtain within six months of hire. Registered PE is preferred.
